I attended a session with Cara at a time I really needed it. I was going through lots of transitions & crumbling in my life and I needed guidance, clarity and direction. Every single piece of guidance she gave me was speaking directly to my soul but on a really high high level. From being a space holder myself it's sometimes hard to have space held for me but Cara did it with such professionalism, kindness and experience. I feel like I got to the root of a lot of the things that were going on in my life and I couldn't see it for myself. I feel complete clarity after our session and I know my direction. From the moment I arrived I instantly felt calm and relaxed. The entire experience was just so peaceful. My session included both reiki and oracle reading. Having never had reiki before I wasn't sure what to expect, but both during and after this experience I felt it to be freeing and positively emotionally charging. The oracle reading after only further heightened and reaffirmed what I had felt during the reiki session and all the messages from the cards pulled were accurate to my real life situations/emotions and experiences and truly guiding. Throughout the entire session, Cara's attitude, professionalism, aura and ambience couldn't have been more open and warm to make me feel at ease and so for me the session in its entirety was truly wonderful. For me it ended up being the self care I never knew I needed and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone
